Although I haven’t had it for a very long time, and I’m no way qualified to evaluate its technical merits (though I hope to be at some point), I’ve found it to be a really nice camera for beginners: easy to use right out of the package, and easy to take good pictures with. I took it around for a test run around State College, PA and took a bunch of random pictures:
